Open-minded and interested, I enjoy exploring the new and exciting topics of our time. I love the exchange with interesting people from different areas. This curiosity led me to experience other cultures (Latin America, USA, Spain) for a long time and to a wide variety of fields as well as to exciting professional tasks.
In my private life I get peace and strength in my family, in sports and in nature - but there are also challenges and learnings about daily life and my own way of continous self improvement.
With the training as a coach I have professionalized a passion. I enjoy and find it rewarding to help people and organisations develop and overcome their challenges.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I have more than 20 years of professional experience at management level and as a executive in the finance, insurance an IT industry. Through various professional positions I have been able to gain a wide range of experience especially in marketing & sales, strategy, business development and change management.

Working with a wide range of partners and in interdisciplinary teams, I repeatedly experience how new objectives and change processes affect the individual and the company. Uncertainty and a lack of clarity in setting goals often stand in the way of corporate success and the personal development and performance of individuals.
